We are seeking a talented and motivated Fund Development Coordinator to join our team.

The Fund Development Coordinator will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to secure funding from various sources, including grants, charitable organizations, corporate sponsorships, individual donors, and fundraising events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive fund development plan in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Build and cultivate relationships with Mosques and other charitable organizations to create fundraising opportunities.
- Research and identify potential funding opportunities, including grants, corporate partnerships, and individual donors.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors, sponsors, and funding organizations.
- Write compelling grant proposals, sponsorship packages, and fundraising appeals.
- Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns, including planning, logistics, and promotion.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fund development efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with other staff members and volunteers to ensure alignment and integration of fund development activities with overall organizational priorities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donors, donations, and fundraising activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in fund development, grant writing, or a related field, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Proven track record of securing funding from diverse sources, including grants, sponsorships, and individual donations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors, sponsors, and volunteers.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fundraising software/tools.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Tawheed Community Centre.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
