**Job Overview**

We are seeking for a detail-oriented, professional team player who is eager to join a collaborative and interactive environment. The processing associate is responsible for accurate and timely processing of approved documentation, entering trade orders, clients and plans into one or more production system while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review documents for completion and accuracy, interpret and process transactions, both financial and non-financial, as required.
- Set up clients and plans on the system.
- Enter trade orders.
- Resolve issues with trade rejections.
- Communicate with other head office teams and fund companies for resolving issues.
- Communicate with advisors regarding clients' documents, follow up in coordination with compliance, Branch Manager.
- Initiate and follow up on external account transfers with other financial institutions.
- Keep track of document flow between systems to ensure nothing is missed.
- Manage storage of documents, including scanning daily electronic files.
- Assisting with departmental projects and providing team support as needed.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Adaptable professional with ability to work both independently and as a team player.
- Aptitude for Customer Service.
- Attention to detail and ability to effectively follow policies and procedures.
- Proficient at critical assessment and problem resolution.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management & organization skills, ability to multi task and prioritize.
- Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions and work well under pressure.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and good computer skills.
- Experience of FundSERV, Winfund or Viefund and trade processing is a plus.

**Qualifications**
- At least two years of industry experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Industry-related course(s) is an asset.
- Post-Secondary education - a College or University degree is an asset.
