**Salary Range**:$45,000 to $55,000
**Work Location**:Hybrid
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday, Days.
iScope Concussion & Pain Clinics is a specialized treatment and assessment Center offering a range of services and treatments with several locations across Canada. Our clinics use a variety of diagnostic tools to identify the root cause of a patient’s pain. Our team of highly skilled Physicians and Allied Health Professionals work together and provide a personalized treatment plan so our patients can feel better sooner. We are committed to helping patients manage their pain effectively and improve their quality of life, in addition to a seamless and positive healthcare experience while providing a high standard of care.
**ROLE SUMMARY**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Coordinate and schedule Independent Medical Assessments (IMEs)
- Maintain an up-to-date calendar with accurate and current information regarding assessments.
- Create and maintain an IME tracking report to ensure all necessary documentation is accounted for.
- Responsible for arranging necessary services such as transportation and translators for assessments.
- Ensures secure funding for assessment process.
- Schedule and track qEEGs (Quantitative Electroencephalogram) for patients in Alberta and Ontario, ensuring adherence to established protocols and timelines.
- Coordinate and schedule SPECT (ingle Photon Emission Computed Tomography) scans as required, ensuring timely and efficient arrangements to meet assessment needs.
- Compile diagnostic summaries upon receipt of SPECT reports and imaging, ensuring accuracy and completeness in assessment documentation.
- Generate invoices for diagnostic summaries and ensure accurate billing, adhering to established billing procedures and accurately reflecting the services provided.
- Maintain updated and accurate documentation and files as required, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform any other duties as required to support the efficient operation of the assessment coordination process.
**EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**:
- A bachelors or diploma in a relevant field such as healthcare administration, health sciences, or related field.
- Two (2) years of relevant experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven efficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize changing workloads and schedule variances.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of HCAI is considered a benefit.
