**The Account Executive (AE) - Inside Sales position** focuses primarily on servicing, maintaining, cross selling and upselling existing accounts while prospecting new accounts/business. They are the main point of contact for customer sales, daily inquiries and business concerns. They will focus on the growth of the **Medisca** brand The **Account Executive** builds and strengthens customer relationships, increases sales within the assigned territory and provides excellent service to customers and prospect new accounts.

**The role is hybrid in Montreal, Quebec, Canada**

**Your key responsibilities**:
Maintaining Existing Accounts & Relationship Building
- Attain monthly sales objectives and monitor profit margins
- Analyze territory trends and identify opportunities
- Regularly track and increase pharmacist business
- Support customer on any inquiry
- Suggest new revenue sources and products
- Ensure clients data and calls are kept relevant and current in systems
- Process orders and following up on their status

Lead sales (products/services/lead) campaigns with existing and new customers

Generate Sales from Inactive & New Customers
- Cold call prospective customers & determine opportunities to create business
- Research new potential client options & follow up on referrals from existing clients
- Open new accounts & support onboarding

Work collaboratively with Business Development Executives
- Discuss existing accounts with Business Development Executives & strategize on how to increase business
- Leverage Business Development Executives planning cycle to maximize synergies and account contact
- Provide leads and referrals to visit

**Travel**:

- Up to four (4) weeks per year to attend tradeshows, programs, training sessions and visiting clients.

**Skills, knowledge and abilities**:

- Minimum college degree; a university degree and a science background is preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in sales or customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook and Excel) required
- Excellent communication skills required;** fluent French, English (oral & written) are required**. **This position requires communication with customers based in the United States.**
- Advanced interpersonal and networking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage stress effectively
