**Position**:Office Administrator
**Education**:University or College Degree required
**Experience as Office Administrator**: 3-4 Years
Toronto based food manufacturing company is looking for an Office Administrator who will be the key representative of the Company and an integral part of the order intake and shipping of orders. The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring customer orders are input and processed efficiently. While providing excellent customer service, the Office Administrator will be required to assist the Sales team in communicating orders updates to the customers.
**Some Responsibilities Include**:
- Ensure customer orders are packed, shipped, and invoiced
- Engage with customers regarding pricing, returns, order status, back orders
- Work with Sales Manager to meet any customer requests/sales administration duties including but not limited to customer account setup, providing order status updates, or completing documents
- Maintaining all office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and photocopiers and ordering office supplies
**NOTE**: Employee may be required to perform other duties as required or requested to meet the ongoing need of the organization.
**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
