This position is in-office (in Winnipeg, Manitoba).

**Responsibilities**:

- **Attend philanthropy/fundraising conferences.**:

- Establishing relationships with potential clients through new business leads
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote products and services
- Research and identify new business opportunities and seek out the potential client by offering solutions that meet their needs
- Nurture leads and contacts to ensure the maximum # of appointments are set up
- Connecting and networking with key decision-makers in the non-profit, healthcare philanthropy and education development sectors to build relationships and present product offerings
- Analyzing market conditions, competition, and pricing structures to identify opportunities for increasing market share
- Promote the company’s products & services
- Partner with cross-functional team members, including project managers, sales consultants, and customers, to design high-quality creative solutions that meet and exceed the requirements of creative briefs
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine and increase lead generation
- Take the lead from prospect to Sales Qualified Lead
