**What can I expect to do in this role?**:

- Provide assistance with Transfer Payment Agency budget, in-year and year-end preliminary calculations and will provide support and advice to the Senior Field Manager and Senior Program Leads on budgetary matters. Assist in line-by-line budget calculations.
- Provide support by preparing correspondence, minutes, reports and presentations and proofreading documents.
- Ensure accuracy when preparing and processing invoices, purchase requisitions, journal entries and expense claims.
- Prepare financial reports, maintain financial spreadsheets and monitor expenditures.
- Provide human resource support by ensuring staff record maintenance, attendance tracking and accurate payroll reports.

**How do I qualify?**:
**Administrative Skills and Knowledge**:

- You have demonstrated knowledge of general office administration policies/practices.
- You are proficient in the use of excel.
- You are able to utilize various computer software and programs.
- You are able to operation various office equipment such as calculators, printers, photocopiers, fax machines, etc.

**Financial Skills**:

- You have proven knowledge of accounting principles.
- You have demonstrated experience with computerized accounting databases.
- You possess mathematical skills to produce financial reports.
- You have the ability to complete various financial forms and documents.

**Other Essential Skills**:

- You have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical abilities.
- You have the proven ability to determine priorities amongst competing demands.
- You have proven attention to detail, ability to solve problems and resolve discrepancies.
- You have demonstrated ability to respond to general inquiries.
- You are proficient in typing.
