**OUR OPPORTUNITY**

As we continue to grow, so do our opportunities We currently have an opening on our team We are looking for fun, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate and want to be part of our mission to for Greener Lawns, Healthier Landscapes; Better Environments. You would be responsible for scheduling and dispatching with customer satisfaction top of mind, along with job-specific invoicing. It is up to the Service Coordinator to know where all the Technicians and Apprentices are throughout the day. The Service Coordinator keeps track of all incoming service calls by "priority" to the available workforce. This allows us to maximize our efforts. The Service Coordinator is responsible for connecting with the clientele to ensure they are informed about the service as needed, managing the customer experience. It’s also the Service Coordinator’s job to update those who are waiting for service.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**

Social, positive, energetic, and self-managed

Ability to manage systems

Eager to learn and able to work with others

Dispatching and routing program and service work to technicians and managers daily

Communicating with technicians and customer service representatives to ensure a strong customer experience

Ability to oversee and understand various conditions for most efficient routing

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Act as the main liaison between the company and clients, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
- Coordinate service requests, schedule appointments, and dispatch technicians.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve service quality.
