**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - BILINGUAL**

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative
- Bilingual for a client located in Toronto. They are a leading distributor of frames, sunglasses, lenses, and lab services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming phone calls on the services line, providing a high degree of professional assistance.
- General order entry, which includes stock frames &amp, lens orders, complete glasses, etc.
- Advise customers on products and suggest an alternative or corresponding product if an item is out of stock.
- Contact customers to inform them of any changes to their order or if there are further delay and to offer a solution
- Maintain a low error rate and high-quality assurance rate.
- Ensure key performance indicators and other metrics are at an acceptable level.
- Ensure workload is current and utility is within range.
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- High aptitude to listen to and retain important information.
- French & English Required.
- Comfortable with computers and using multiple platforms.
- Impeccable attention to detail with a process driven mindset.
- Professional customer service skills: solutions mindset, educates and explains, collaborative solution finder, passion for the customer and the customer experience.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to high pressure environment.
- Writes, speaks, and presents information effectively.
- Professional and positive interactions with others and can establish rapport quickly.

**Location**:Toronto, ON

**Timings**:9am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)

**Pay Rate**: 22$/hr.

**Language Preferred**:French and English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
