**Work Description**

The Human Resources Coordinator provides essential support to the Human Resources team in various administrative tasks and HR functions. They are responsible for assisting in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, data entry and record keeping, coordination of employee events, and other related HR administrative tasks. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and providing assistance to HRBPs and the Labour Relations Manager.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Assist in full-cycle recruitment efforts, including screening, interviewing, conducting reference checks, preparing employment agreements and participating in onboarding efforts for entry-level positions, including student roles.
- Assist in employees onboarding and offboarding, including HRIS set up of new employees, from preparing new hire packets and recording assets to ensuring the file is complete and offboarding requirements, as necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including data entry, scanning, filing, maintaining records and other miscellaneous tasks as required.
- Monitor and track data and records as required, including training information, deadlines and tasks.
- Lead and process referral bonuses program.
- Assist with procurement, following up with vendors and packaging items for staff and employee onboarding.
- Assist in tracking information and coordinating details for employee training seminars, employee appreciation events or corporate retreats.
- Assist in the completion of compliance reports by gathering information from various companies and providing it to the department.
- Assist Labour Relations Manager (Seniority list, administration, other duties)
- Provide support to HRBPs for performance management and promotions.
- Other related and miscellaneous administrative tasks in support of the HR function.
- Any other duties as required

**Statement of Qualifications**:
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in related field is required.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources will be considered an asset.
- Prior experience working in an administrative role is required, with a minimum of 1 year of experience. Experience in human resources would be considered an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
- Strong attention to detail is imperative.
- A high degree of professionalism and confidentiality is required in this role.

**Physical/Sensory Effort/ Work Environment**
- Busy, and at times, a loud work environment with an open concept workspace.
- In person work, with some flexibility to work remotely, however, the majority of the time is spent in person, in the office setting.
- Providing service to several people or departments, working under many simultaneous deadlines, working for a group of companies working on various sites and locations.
- High volume recruitment.
- Large company with approximately 700 head count
