**Position Title**: Real Estate Program Enrolment Liaison Lead
**Duration of Need / Status**:1 year / Support - Appendix D
**Hours**:37.5 hours per week
**Department**:Real Estate Education Program (REEP), Education & Training Solutions (ETS)
**Campus/Location**: Hybrid ; remote and on-campus at Carrier Drive
**Payband/ Hourly Rate**:Support G $30.87 - $35.77
**What you will do**:
The incumbent must retain a wide range of knowledge relating to the Programs, program components, policies and procedures. The incumbent may deal with sensitive and highly confidential information in direct communication with applicants, registered learners, graduates, facilitators, college administrators and other authorized third-parties.
Additional duties include the continuous evaluation and improvement of learner related and internal business processes and the updating of training and knowledge base materials for the Program’s service desk provider.

**Education**
- 3 year diploma / degree preferably in office or business administration, communications
**Experience**
Minimum of 3 years experience:
- Proven experience in decision-making & determining the correct course of action with mínimal oversight.
- Practical office experience working in a customer-focused environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of office procedures and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Intellectually curious, process-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
