We are looking for a dynamic and professional Front Desk Customer Service Representative to be the face of our business. **Responsibilities**:

- **Answer Phones and Greet Customers**: Be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, both over the phone and in person.
- **Manage Customer Files**: Create, organize, and maintain files for all incoming and outgoing customers.
- **Process Payments**: Collect payments efficiently and accurately from customers.
- **Maintain Office Cleanliness**: Ensure the office is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
- **Professional Appearance**: Represent 24HR Collision with a polished and professional demeanor.
- **Customer Impressions**: Impress and delight our customers with excellent service, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
- **Schedule Customer Appointments**: Coordinate and schedule repair jobs and courtesy vehicle pickups.
- **Manage Courtesy Vehicles**: Hand out courtesy cars to customers while their vehicles are being repaired.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $16.75-$19.00 per hour
