**Role Overview**:
The Global Sales Manager is responsible for leading Zenduit’s global sales efforts, overseeing regional sales teams in EMEA, LATAM, and NA, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning, mentorship, and effective execution. This role involves aligning sales strategies with company objectives, partnering with marketing for go-to-market research and ad campaigns, and fostering a culture of accountability and performance within the global sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Global Sales Strategy Development:

- Create and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy that aligns with Zenduit’s revenue and market share goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth in the telematics and SaaS industries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns and go-to-market strategies with sales goals.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship:

- Lead, mentor, and develop regional sales managers (EMEA, LATAM, NA) and their respective teams.
- Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and accountability across the global sales organization.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews to enhance skills and drive results.
- Revenue Growth and Accountability:

- Own the global sales targets and ensure regional teams meet or exceed their revenue goals.
- Implement processes to track and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Hold regional sales teams accountable for achieving KPIs and following standardized sales processes.
- Customer and Partner Relationships:

- Build and nurture relationships with key customers and channel partners to drive long-term loyalty and growth.
- Act as an escalation point for major accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Marketing and Market Research:

- Partner with the marketing team to design effective ad campaigns and messaging tailored to each region.
- Collaborate on go-to-market research to refine sales strategies and target high-value opportunities.
- Leverage insights from market research to identify emerging markets and customer needs.
- Sales Process Optimization:

- Standardize sales processes and methodologies across all regions to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Implement sales enablement tools and training programs to support the sales team’s success.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Monitor global sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to the executive team.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Representation and Advocacy:

- Represent Zenduit at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Advocate for customer needs and market demands internally to influence product and marketing strategies.

- Revenue Growth:

- Achieve >25% YoY global revenue growth.
- Ensure each region (EMEA, LATAM, NA) meets or exceeds its individual sales targets.
- Pipeline Development:

- Maintain a global sales pipeline that is 3x the quarterly revenue target.
- Team Performance:

- Ensure >90% of sales team members meet their individual quotas.
- Increase the win rate by >15% YoY through effective sales strategies and coaching.
- Customer Retention and Growth:

- Maintain >95% customer retention rate among enterprise accounts.
- Drive >20% YoY growth in upsells and cross-sells across the customer base.
- Collaboration Metrics:

- Execute >90% of planned go-to-market strategies and ad campaigns on schedule with marketing.
- Increase marketing-qualified lead (MQL) to sales-qualified lead (SQL) conversion rates by 20%.
- Sales Process Efficiency:

- Reduce the average sales cycle length by 10% annually through streamlined processes and tools.
- Improve CRM data accuracy to >95% across all regions.
- Market Penetration:

- Expand into at least two new verticals or geographic regions annually.
- Achieve >15% market share growth in targeted regions.
- Employee Engagement:
