Our consultancy division provides expert advice on brand, sponsorship, and marketing strategies to a wide range of clients in the sports and entertainment industry. We work with live entertainment venues, properties, WTA/ATP tennis tournaments, Formula 1 teams, alcohol brands, and many more to help them achieve their business goals.

Our events division is responsible for the development and management of events, driving brands through experiential marketing strategies. We also provide staff to brands and other agencies across North America to implement their XM strategies.

As a startup, the intern will gain a wealth of experience by wearing multiple hats and reporting directly to the Founder and CEO. They will also have the chance to work with industry partners and learn the inner workings of a marketing and talent management agency. Although the internship may involve some behind-the-scenes tasks, the intern will have the satisfaction of seeing their efforts make a noticeable impact.

**Responsibilities**:
Operations:

- Keeping files organized and updating the google drive regularly
- Collaborating with partners to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining communication with partners and updating management on changes
- Updating the company's website and social media presence
- Developing and executing marketing strategies

Talent Management:

- Communicating with clients and partners to ensure bookings and partnerships are on track
- Building and managing a CRM for partnerships
- Identifying business opportunities for clients through partnerships, events, and public relations
- Working with talent to create content for partnerships and social media/websites
- Sourcing new talent and brand partners
- Tracking client performance
- Providing administrative support as needed.

Consulting:

- Building relationships to grow TMG's consulting division
- Developing internal and external resources for TMG and clients
- Managing multiple consulting projects
- Developing business and managing meetings
- Growing the event staff business through business development
- Implementing marketing and branding strategies for consulting clients on a regular basis.

Other responsibilities may come up from time to time

Qualifications:
To be considered for the internship, students must meet the following criteria:

- Currently enrolled in a college or university
- Required to receive school credit
- Demonstrated interest in marketing, sports marketing, brand strategies, social media marketing, talent management, or related fields
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to present effectively
- Previous experience in these areas is a plus, but not necessary as training will be provided
- Ability to handle pressure and work under stressful conditions
- Highly organized and able to manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of the national and global sports and entertainment market.
