Accounting Coordinator

We are looking for an Accounting Coordinator who will work closely with Management to support various financial activities and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the company's accounting activities, including those related to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with CRA regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Liaise and coordinate with CRA as needed
- Assist in analyzing financial data, including revenue, expenses, and budget variances.
- Support the development and maintenance of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, including senior management and department heads.
- Maintain and organize financial databases, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across various financial systems and reports.
- Maintain records and ensure timely payment of bills, insurance, salaries and other payables.
- Coordinate with other department heads to consolidate budgets and ensure timely payments
- Document all Finance-related processes and systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in finance or related field (internship experience may be considered)
- Good understanding of financial concepts and principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks Online and CRA Represent A Client
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
