Finance Coordinator:
Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting for the role of Finance Coordinator on behalf of our client.
The Finance Coordinator will report to the director, will oversee elements of finance, bookkeeping, reporting, compliance, administration, and other general operations to ensure the smooth efficient running of day-to day operations.
Available Shift: Monday-Friday; 00 per hour
Maintain accounting system, financial reporting, and budget assistance
• Complete monthly accounts receivable and accounts payable duties for the finance team, journal entry postings to the general ledger, and tasks relating to the monthly accounting cycle
• Managing payroll processing and health/retirement benefits administration
• Maintain internal control procedures for all vendor and customer accounts with respect to invoice processing, vendor payment, and customer collection and posting
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Completion of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in accounting
