Administrative Assistant/receptionist

Administrative Assistant
**Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the showroom
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Manage calendars, schedule order deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations using Quickbooks Online, Canva, Excel, Word and other programs
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of accounting is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with mínimal supervision
- Familiarity with calendar management tools (e.g., iCloud Calendar)
- Experience working in a showroom setting is a plus
