Receptionist/office Administrator

A minimum 1-year relevant experience is required. Excellent communication is important and a team-player mind-set is essential. We are looking for people who are fast-learners.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, scanning documents
- Assisting in any administrative duties needed by marketing team or management
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management, highly organized, prioritization and detail-oriented abilities
Experience/Education
- Minimum high school diploma required
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Good English communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
