- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Collect payments for services rendered and provide receipts to patients
- Assist with billing and financial transactions
- Coordinate with dental hygienists, assistants, and dentists to ensure efficient patient flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using dental office software cleardent Preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage appointments, records, and administrative tasks
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling, billing, and insurance processing
