What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a self-motivated, team-oriented Team Lead to join our Employee Benefits Division in our Downtown Vancouver Office. This position will work closely with our Client Service Team to ensure accuracy and help with day to day questions and support.
**Requirements**:
Coaching/training experience
Intermediate level of CRM/EPIC knowledge
Experience in the Employee Benefits & Retirement Industry as asset
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent communication and client service skills
A Day in the Life
Provide onboarding, support, and training for the Client Service Team
Deliver ongoing training for existing employees
Provide Coaching and mentorship for new and experienced colleagues
Act as the day-to-day “go-to” person for inquiries on technical and/or training issues
Assist in department problem solving in the absence of a manager
Maintain a good technical understanding of coverages and products
Work with employees to improve performance or work through performance issues relating to EPIC & HUB systems

**Required Experience**: 2-5 years of relevant experience
**Required Travel**: No Travel Required
**Required Education**: Some college (no degree)
