Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Benefits Service Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive client service for employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client implementation processes, including applications and enrollments;
  • Manage inquiries and provide support for plan administration;
  • Manage daily account administration and ensure proper documentation;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of employee benefits programs;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and great customer service;
  • The LLQP/Life License is an asset;
