**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager for the Edmonton Area to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. This role will be customer service focused, and success will be achieved by those who arrive with an entrepreneurial spirit while being supported by our close-knit and engaging team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and grow existing market share by building sustainable long-term relationships with On and Off Premise accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation
- Strategically plan weekly sales calls and provide weekly updates of business transactions and activities, including competitive information
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Plan account tastings, and participate in Special Events, Festival Tastings
- Input data as requested in Company systems, including but not limited to, CRM and Inventory Management
- Participate in occasional market events or peak volume periods where additional availability is needed (i.e. Product Launch, Farmer’s Market, October/November/December)
- Ensure that all activities are conducted within Alberta’s provincial laws and regulations
- Participate in Company meetings when required
- Build and foster excellent communications with internal and external relationships
- Facilitate growth through innovation and a drive to succeed
- As a team, maintain cleanliness of warehouse
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time

**Experience**:

- Proven track record of success in alcohol sales or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Experience in business development, account management, or related roles
- Comfortable using a computer, reading/building reports
- Able to work autonomously and use good decision making practices
- Problem solving ability in a customer focused environment
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
