Position Summary

Specific Accountabilities

Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems

Providing data and guides to support external broker team

Co-ordinate and manage forecast tracking system for customer displays

Manage indirect sales data and commission reporting requiring strong excel skills

Responsibility for maintaining changes in retail automation software

Comfort and experience with completing customer listing forms

Own weekly retail reporting from remote server for retail managers across all regions

Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information

Liasse with account managers to co-ordinate account actions monthly

Manage retail sales tools - working with marketing on allocations and stock levels

Stay current with new product and feature launches and ensure broker sharepoint site reflects changes

Manage and co-ordinate all aspects of remote and/or live retail meetings 2x per year

React to day to day retail/broker requests

Required Skills and Experience

College degree or equivalent experience with 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role.

Superior organizational and change management skills.

Results oriented with strong initiative and problem solving abilities.

Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels both within and outside the organization.

Collaborative individual who thrives in a team-based environment.

Able to use good judgment and handle issues with tact, diplomacy and confidentiality.

Good at working under pressure, working with a diverse group, and able to prioritize accordingly.

Proficiency with various software programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and use of audiovisual tools.
