Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Logistics, Customer Service, and Sales Support

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant role, with experience in logistics, customer service, and sales support - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and QuickBooks - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
