Flings is an innovative start-up set to revolutionize the toaster pastry market with our upcoming Spring launch. Our mission is to create delicious and convenient breakfast options that are low in sugar, low in net carbs, and high in protein. We believe in making healthier choices accessible to everyone while maintaining the flavor and enjoyment of traditional toaster pastries. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Influencer Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and lead our influencer marketing initiatives ahead of our product launch.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to build brand awareness, engagement, and drive sales for our better-for-you toaster pastries upon launch.
- Research and identify key influencers, bloggers, and content creators within our target audience and industry, particularly those who focus on health, nutrition, and wellness.
- Establish and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating pre-launch partnerships and collaborations that align with our brand values and objectives.
- Coordinate with influencers on content creation and scheduling, ensuring the Flings brand message is consistently represented and delivered effectively ahead of and during the launch.
- Analyze and monitor the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future strategies.
- Manage influencer marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and campaigns deliver a strong return on investment.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing, design, and content teams to create engaging materials for influencer campaigns.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging influencers, and best practices in influencer marketing, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Develop and manage an influencer database, tracking key performance indicators and maintaining up-to-date contact information.
- Handle any potential conflicts or issues arising with influencers in a professional and timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing, preferably with experience in product launches.
- Proven track record of successful influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships, preferably within the health and wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook) and their respective algorithms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with experience in measuring and reporting on campaign performance.
- Creative mindset and a passion for staying current on industry trends and emerging influencers.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
