**Job Overview**
Taylor Chrysler Dodge is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team.
**Duties**
- Perform Service, Parts, and Body Shop warranty data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Provide support to the Service Manager and Service Advisors by addressing warranty eligibility and qualification clarity in a professional manner.
- Manage phone calls with proper phone etiquette, ensuring clear communication with customers and other staff.
- Assist in organizing office documents and files, ensuring easy access to information.
- Staying up-to-date on warranty service bulletins and training requirements.
- Collaborate with all team members to ensure clerical duties are completed timely and accurately.
- Provide backup coverage for cashier as required.
**Skills**
- Previous experience in a dealership service department is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail to minimize errors.
- Ability to perform proofreading tasks to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Previous experience with Dealer Connect and Reynolds & Reynolds Dealer Management System an asset but not required.
