Service Case Administrator

**Major Responsibilities**:
- To report directly to the Service Manager on an ongoing basis and communicate all relevant matters pertaining to the business unit, as well as to communicate effectively with respect to clarity of direction, approval for decisions and execution of all responsibilities.
- Greets customers on calls with a friendly, diplomatic, and professional demeanor on all occasions, with the ability to recognize urgency and navigate the customer accordingly.
- Operates at a high level; Strives to meet or beat department performance metrics.
- Responds to internal and external inquiries as appropriate, forwards messages and requests to appropriate Service staff and re-route callers when appropriate in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Learns and uses basic software tools to log all pertinent information and create tickets that can be used as a reference for customer Service cases.
- Acts as a secondary resource for both Reception and the Customer Service team when available.
- Assists in customer parts orders, and may enter, process, and invoice customers
- Sets up/extends customers upon receivership of customer PO
Assist/backs up Reception with all key functions, including coordinating meetings, special events, conference calls, travel, catering, office/Kitchen and facility supplies
**Minimum Education, Experience & Training Requirement**:
- Post-secondary degree (2-year Diploma/3-year degree ) or equivalent experience
**Minimum Experience & Training Requirement**:
- 2-5 years of related experience in Administration, Customer Service or equivalent
- Ability to identify problems and deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
- Familiarity with, purchasing, receiving, and warranty procedures a plus.
