**What you will do**:

- Work with and on behalf of the President to align operational strategies with long-term goals.
- Work closely with the Plant Manager and be responsible for success within our Manufacturing, Warehouse, Inventory, Shipping and Receiving departments. You will also be responsible for overseeing operations at our sister company next door - Hamilton Radiator. This is a service shop of 2 employees and a customer facing counter.
- Ensure that top quality and service levels are achieved at all times through professional enforcement of procedures and accountability.
- Responsible for working with the Plant Manager to ensure complaint resolution and corrective actions are supported by key metrics and reporting
- Coordinate with the Plant Manager to implement strategies and cross-training efforts for a team of 20 -30 employees.
- Develop and implement strategies to keep employees motivated and dedicated.
- Conduct regular one on one meetings with team members to drive performance and ensure alignment with objectives.
- Create presentations and communicate with executives about operational performance.
- Identify problems and come up with effective solutions quickly

**What you need to be successful**:

- Demonstrated success in a senior level management position, 5+ years
- Project Management and collaboration expertise with respect to manufacturing engineering and/or a production based environment is required.
- Analytical skills

- Written and oral communication skills
- Ability to identify opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
