Vehicle Warranty Administrator

**Pay**: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm

**Responsibilities**:
- Invoice and process warranty claims daily.
- Monitor claims, ensuring claims are paid and returned claims are analyzed and disputed, as applicable.
- Maintain the warranty schedule, ensuring it is up to date.
- Ensure labour and parts information are claimed accurately.
- Correct rejected claims to ensure maximum number of claims are paid daily
- Confirm all criteria as required by manufacturers and any third parties involved
- Settlement of warranty receivables, with collection of payments and resubmission of rejected claims promptly
- Process all retail, warranty and internal repair orders into the system, while verifying the accuracy, and creating work order requests to complete repairs.
- Maintain knowledge of any and all recalls on products
- Administrative office duties as needed
**Job Qualifications**:
- Previous warranty claim experience considered a strong asset
- Great phone etiquette and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to work independently demonstrating organizational and time management skills
- Strong listening skills
- Motivated and focused
- Detail oriented
