Office Administrative Assistant

As one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies and a leader in the electrical construction industry, we are seeking a friendly individual to join our team as, Office Administrative Assistant in Regina.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Greet all office visitors in a professional manner, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate contact or service
- Answer a multi-line telephone system and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
- Prepare outgoing mail and courier packages to be delivered to intended recipients
- Sort, stamp and distribute all incoming mail
- Ensure that office supplies are stocked and organized
- Miscellaneous Housekeeping Duties
- Responsible for the coordination of meetings/events
- File electronic or paper documents
- Data-entry tasks as assigned
- Be responsible for general administrative duties as they arise
**Qualifications**
- Grade 12
- Excellent organization skills and multitasking ability with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Provide a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent computer and typing skills
- Sound understanding of MS Office Suit
- Courteous, helpful and professional
- Ability to work independently and without supervision
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
