**JOB TITLE**: Bilingual Administrative Assistant to Inspection Services

**JOB SUMMARY**: We are currently looking for an individual to fill the bilingual Administrative Assistant to Inspection Services position in Barrie, Ontario. The Administrative Assistant to Inspection Services position falls within the Clerical and Regulatory (CR-04) classification and the salary ranges for these positions are from $56,406 to $60,876 per year plus a bilingual bonus.

**Employment Tenure**:6 month to 1 year term

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:
**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: (education, experience, competencies and assets)**

**ESSENTIAL EDUCATION**: Successful completion of two years of secondary school or CFIA-accepted alternatives.

Applicants submitting education credentials from a non-Canadian institution are responsible for obtaining certification that these credentials are the equivalent of the Canadian education level required for the position.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE**

EE1: Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite Products.

EE2: Experience in providing administrative support services in an office environment.

EE3: Experience in providing information to and assisting internal or external clients.

**ASSET EXPERIENCE**

AEx3: Ability to prepare and proofread correspondence and other documentation.

**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**: Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)

**RESPONSABILITÉS ET TÂCHES**:
Services de soutien administratif, non limités à : La facturation des clients et le rapprochement des comptes, la collecte et la consolidation de l’information pour la production de divers rapports, la coordination de l’approbation des documents et de la correspondance entrante et sortante, la planification et la coordination des réunions et des conférences, la rédaction des procès-verbaux des réunions, la surveillance des dépenses et la tenue d’un budget, la gestion du calendrier électronique et du courrier électronique pour un supérieur; le traitement des demandes de voyage d’affaires et la gestion des préparatifs connexes, la transmission de renseignements généraux aux inspecteurs, aux autres ministères, à l’industrie et au grand public ainsi que l’exécution d’autres fonctions connexes.

**ÉTUDES ESSENTIELLES **:avoir terminé avec succès deux années d'études secondaires ou alternatives autorisées par l'ACIA.

**EXPÉRIENCES ESSENTIELLES**

ExE1 : Expérience à utiliser des produits de la suite Microsoft Office.

ExE2 : Expérience dans la prestation de services de soutien administratif dans un environnement de bureau.

ExE3. Expérience à fournir de l’information et de l’assistance à des clients internes et externes.

ExE4. Expérience de la gestion et de la tenue de la correspondance par courriel.
