We are a reputable and dynamic real estate brokerage specializing in selling resale homes in Brampton, Ontario. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring smooth real estate transactions. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
**Position Summary**:As a Real Estate Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate agents and facilitating the day-to-day operations of our office. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, client communication, document management, and assisting with various real estate transactions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Manage and organize paperwork related to real estate transactions.
- Coordinate appointments, showings, and open houses.
- Prepare marketing materials and listings for properties.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Assistant is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Canva, Adobe, and real estate software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes.
- Valid driver's license and access to transportation.
**Compensation**:
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Full-time position
