Real Estate Sales Representative

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and local developments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Prepare property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Organize open houses and property showings to showcase listings.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property details.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market conditions, and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in real estate or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Knowledge of property management principles is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
- A valid real estate license is required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong commitment to customer service excellence.
Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
