Real Estate Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and has an interest in real estate, we want to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organize office documents, including contracts, listings, and client information
- Assist in preparing and editing documents such as contracts, proposals, and correspondence
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and property showings
- Maintain and update property listings on various platforms
- Schedule and manage appointments, including property viewings and client meetings
- Provide general administrative support to real estate agents and the team
- Process and track invoices and payments
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within real estate or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM tools)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and practices is a plus
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
