**Your Responsibilities**
As the Executive Assistant to the team, you will be expected to maintain the highest level of confidentiality whilst undertaking the following duties: maintaining the company calendar and the diaries of the company executives, all external and internal professional correspondence, and administration of internal databases. The Executive Assistant represents the company and its values to all external partners, including our vendors, clients, customers, colleagues, and the media. In line with the above, you will be expected to perform the below task, which will form most of your role with RSPC.
- Diary management
- Mailbox monitoring
- Front-of-house duties, i.e., opening all incoming mail, answering phones, arranging meetings, and maintaining communal areas of the office.
- Maintain electronic and paper records.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes.
- Coordinate and execute business strategies for the company and client's structure, assisting in management consulting.
- On-boarding new clients.
- Coordinate client engagements.
- Manage records of company policies and procedures.
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Perform quality controls. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and strategies for evaluation.
- Provide customer service whilst looking at ways to increase the quality of customer services based on existing service.
- Update and issue surveys, follow-ups and new offers.
- Maintain Logs of Office Activity
- Co-op with Partner to coordinate strategies and manage work efficiency & company activity.
- Software managing, control and reporting activities.
- Project management to support operations
- Review team workload and prepare strategies to improve their activities.
- Responsible for the management of projects, including assignments, control and evaluation.
- Monitor sales/leads price quotes.
- Keep updated on industry trends and the consumer market.
- Identify potential problems and points of friction and work to find solutions to maximize efficiency.
- Perform some accounting activities as indicated, including but not limited to bookkeeping, managing budgets and forecasts, controllership administrative services, and reporting.
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.

- Marketing planning: price lists and related settings
- Market Analysis - Developing Services, Industry Analysis, Services Strategy, Strategic Planning, Vendor and Suppliers, Demographic/Competitor Analysis & Target Market

- Social Media Coordination
- General administrative activities as required.
