Logistics Coordinator

At AppleOne, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Jr Dispatch Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and ensuring timely delivery of shipments.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with drivers to ensure accurate pickup and delivery information
- Monitor driver progress and communicate with the CS department regarding any service delays or failures
- Plan equipment for each pick up to ensure cost-effective utilization
- Monitor trailers entering our yard and DCs to ensure correct volume of equipment
- Communicate effectively with drivers, freight, and dock operations to ensure timely delivery of shipments
- 2 years of current Dispatch or Dispatch Clerk, Dispatch Coordinator, or Operations Experience
- Truckmate Experience would be a huge asset
- Excellent communication skills – comfortable dealing with drivers, logbooks, paperwork, and track/tracing customers
