People and Culture Coordinator

About Us:
Compassion Senior Care is Senior Home Care Provider seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a People and Culture Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining a positive and supportive company culture, developing and implementing HR initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with our partner colleges.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Create and implement policies and procedures to develop, retain, and engage employees
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture through various initiatives and programs
- Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters to employees and management
- Analyze HR metrics and make recommendations to improve employee engagement and retention
- Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
**Requirements**:
- 1+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Proven track record of success in recruitment, employee development, and culture building
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience with HR software and systems
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with HCA colleges or similar partnerships
- Certification in HR (diploma or similar)
- Experience with employee engagement and retention initiatives

Pay: $35,000.00-$41,000.00 per year
