**Job description**

Minimum Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative position
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
- Outstanding ability communicating with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Capable of following procedures, enforcing protocols, and managing logistics and administrative functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel
- Ability to manage the principal designer’s calendar and appointments
- Knowledge of day to day business operations and accounting
- Knowledge of Canva preferred
- Extremely Organized and detail oriented
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, articulate, hard-working, and dependable
- Enjoys interior design

Duties include but are not limited to
- Manage the pricing and procurement of all product.
- Assist with producing design presentations and mood boards as needed.
- Budget management for client projects
- Ordering and managing furniture & décor product for client projects
- Track and record all tasks and billable hours on a daily basis
- Offering general support to principal and associate designers
- Responding to new client inquiries
- Tracking accounts receivable/payable
- Trouble shooting with vendors & trades
- Maintaining, managing and streamlining company systems
- Setting up Pinterest boards for new projects and sharing them with all appropriate parties
- Researching new vendors, products & trades
- Setting up new trade accounts
- Ordering new samples
- Obtaining pricing/quotes on goods & services

Client Care
- Creating of project binders
- Creating and managing, updating project specification documents
- Managing trade & vendor schedules
- Booking installations & deliveries
- Managing project schedules
- Managing client communication
- Preparation of client presentations
- Tracking and managing all project purchasing
- Following up on project orders weekly
- Entering project data into Excel, Google Docs & project management software
- Requesting client reviews

Social Media
- Assist with content creation for Instagram, Linkedin and Pinterest

Office
- Maintaining a clean and tidy office
- Organizing samples after client presentations
- Managing, organizing and tracking office library
- Receiving/shipping client and office packages, booking couriers
- Maintaining, ordering and replenishing office supplies and equipment
- Prepping office for presentations and client meetings

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
