About the Role
The Vancouver office is seeking an Office Clerk/Administrative Assistant to join their team The Office Clerk/Administrative Assistant holds a vital position in the firm, responsible for handling a variety of clerical responsibilities, and supporting the Director of People.
The Offer
The firm offers a salary in the range of $50,000 to $52,000 per annum. This role is working fully in office, and offers robust benefits and opportunity for growth.
About the Job
- Calendar management and travel bookings
- Expense reimbursements and office purchases
- Assisting with planning and executing events
- Scheduling meetings and events
- Reception duties and managing incoming mail
- Boardroom and Meeting Room management
- Catering coordination and office supplies management
- Filing documents and maintaining office tidiness
- Assisting with office coordination and administrative duties
- Additional responsibilities include supporting the Legal Assistant team
What You Bring
- Administrative/business certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years administrative experience in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to organize and prioritize work independently
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Exceptional organizational and teamwork skills
- Excellent attention to detail and keyboarding accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept at using Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of iManage Cloud or other document management program
