**Who we need**:
This position is responsible for administrative duties in our Registrar's office, including scheduling courses for faculties in the New Brunswick campus and maintaining proper class sizes for courses. The Registrar’s office is responsible for student enrolment, registration, appeals, progression, student records, graduation, coordination with other departments and other duties as assigned.

**What you will do**:
- Use the digital student information system to create course schedules for faculties.
- Use the digital student information system to ensure class sizes are adhered to.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure that students and faculty have access to their courses.
- Continue to facilitate instructor changes as required by different faculties.
- Work with multiple departments to maintain the security and accuracy of student records as required by the authorities concerned.
- Other duties and tasks as they are assigned.
**What you bring**:
- You are dedicated to student success and have experience working in a post-secondary environment (e.g. registrars office, student services, career services etc). Preferred qualifications and skills are:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent systems and computer skills
- Highly organized individual with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work comfortably and effectively with a digital student information system.
- A strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
