The Department of Health is seeking an individual to join the Corporate Support and Infrastructure Branch as an Information Management and Privacy Coordinator for one (1) year.
Reporting to the Director of Records and Information Management, Privacy and Third-Party Liability, the coordinator will support the Unit in the establishment, maintenance, and monitoring compliance of a set of policies, procedures and best practices, communication materials, training modules and workshops and liaising with various internal and external stakeholders. The coordinator will also assist the Unit's Senior Privacy Advisor in managing privacy complaints and privacy breaches and facilitating training services.
**_ As the Information Management and Privacy Coordinator you will:_**
- Design, maintain, and deliver training programs and activities.
- Design, maintain and implement a set of policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Design and manage communications tools using various medias.
- Contribute to overall operations of the Unit by assisting the Director and other members of the team.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Gather feedback and report to the Team.
- Monitor and report on trends and activities.
- Perform various other related duties as required.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Information Management, or a related area.
- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

- Salary: $49,660 to $69,394 per annum (Pay Band 3)_
