Office Administrator

Duties include:
- Answering phones and screen calls, performing reception duties
- Greeting guest
- Receive and sort incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- File documents, create folders, print labels
- Scan, copy and print documents as needed
- Book events and organize company functions as requested
- Assist managers where needed
- Order and keep track of office supplies
- Research best providers for services and products needed within the company
- Contact various clients for information as required
- Keep track of inventory
- Shipping/receiving
- Review and organize reports in the drive
- Other related office duties
**Requirements**:
- 3 years experience in Office Administration
- Strong technical abilities particularly with Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience working in various programs and systems
- Strong ability to solve problems independently
- Proactive mindset
- Learns quickly
This is a full time permanent position, Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
