Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors at the front desk with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering supplies as needed
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as assigned
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Salary**: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
