**The General Administrator will have a focus on assisting the management team with administrative duties. They will work with a group of individuals and could also be responsible for receiving mail, coordinating office activities and a variety of other administrative duties as assigned.**:
**Hours of work**: 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm

**Days of work**:Monday to Friday

**Permanent Position**: Casual, Permanent

**Responsibilities**

**Competencies**
- Supports Branch Operations as Receptionist and Brand Ambassador for ParaMed.
- Conduct administrative duties for the management team such as booking appointments or interviews, completing paperwork and sending it to the appropriate person.
- Coordinate office activities; troubleshoot or escalate basic office administration issues.
- Provides clients, who contact the organization, with accurate information and/or timely assistance to support a positive outcome through scheduling systems.
- Other duties as assigned

**Experience**
- 2 or more years office and/or customer service experience
- Experience in the health care field an asset
