Overview:
International Soccer Club (ISC) is a Not-for-Profit Soccer Club established in Mississauga in 2007. ISC is an affiliate member of the City of Mississauga and is sanctioned by both the Ontario Soccer Association and The Peel Halton Soccer Association. We operate as a Youth Recreation and Competitive Soccer Club in Mississauga.
Scope:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase revenue.
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and inquiries, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize performance and drive sales.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
Package:
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
