**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The Property Administrator is responsible for supporting the OAKWYN’s residential portfolio. They can provide exceptional service to our residents/tenants, improving overall portfolio operations and developing scalable processes that will support future growth.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Build and foster long-standing relationships with customers, clients, affiliates and colleagues
- Ensure accuracy in documents, including leases, notices, inspections, etc.
- Confirm all documents are received from Tenants, Owners, and Property Managers
- Diligently follow-through on the day-to-day tasks and inquires
- May be called upon from time to time for special projects

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Loves paperwork, reading leases, and documents
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Solutions-oriented mindset and an exceptional ability to problem solve issues that arise
- Professionalism in all business dealings
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to continuously learn and grow in the property management field
- Administrative skills along with superior customer service skills
- Must be able to work well independently and in a team environment
- Must be self-motivated

- You have the drive, energy and determination to make things better. You embrace feedback and aren't afraid to have an opinion or make suggestions.

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
