Position Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter (contract position) to join our Talent Acquisition team in Canada. Reporting to our Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting for Canada, this contract position can be remote in Canada.

Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for an assigned set of technical positions- In partnership with hiring managers, develop sourcing and recruiting strategies for your open roles, leveraging our global recruiting process and other internal resources- Perform research and talent mapping activities that align with hiring needs and goals. Share talent market insights with hiring managers and broader recruiting team members, where appropriate- Establish and maintain partnerships with hiring managers, HR and Finance Business Partners, and with extended recruitment team members- Conduct hiring strategy meetings to qualify position requirements and develop recruitment plans with hiring managers and their respective hiring teams- Leverage a variety of internal & external tools and databases to identify talent trends and support hiring decisions effectively and thoughtfully-
- Perform direct sourcing & branding activities via social platforms, media campaigns, and other digital tools- Contribute to our global recruiting team efforts on process improvement and openness in taking on other projects as needed (process improvement, recruitment campaigns, networking events)

Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter and partner, handling end-to-end technology recruiting (within corporate or agency environments)- Experience hiring technical talent with emerging skills (cloud technologies, software development, data engineering, AI, machine learning, and data science, and related)- Proven success leveraging direct sourcing techniques (online tools & platforms, networking, etc.)- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with different partners (HR, Finance, Talent Scouts, Management and Senior Management)- Ability to use talent market insights and data to influence hiring decisions and strategies (LinkedIn Talent Insights, or other sources)- Highly collaborative, curious with a high degree of ownership and results-focused approach

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un recruteur technique principal (poste contractuel) pour rejoindre notre équipe d'acquisition de talents au Canada. Relevant de notre gestionnaire principal, Recrutement technique pour le Canada, ce poste contractuel peut être basé dans l'une de nos principales villes télétravail" in Canada.

Responsabilités- Gérer le cycle de recrutement de bout en bout pour un ensemble donné de postes techniques- En partenariat avec les responsables du recrutement, vous développez des stratégies de sourcing et de recrutement pour vos postes ouverts, en tirant parti de notre processus de recrutement mondial et d'autres ressources internes- Effectuer des recherches et des activités de cartographie des talents qui s'alignent sur les besoins et les objectifs de recrutement. Partager les informations sur le marché des talents avec les responsables du recrutement et les membres de l'équipe de recrutement au sens large, le cas échéant- Établir et maintenir des partenariats avec les responsables du recrutement, les partenaires commerciaux des RH et des finances, ainsi qu'avec les membres de l'équipe de recrutement élargie- Organiser des réunions sur la stratégie de recrutement pour qualifier les exigences du poste et élaborer des plans de recrutement avec les responsables du recrutement et leurs équipes respectives- Exploiter une variété d'outils et de bases de données internes et externes pour identifier les tendances en matière de talents et soutenir les décisions de recrutement de manière efficace et réfléchie.-
- Réaliser des activités de sourcing direct et de branding via des plateformes sociales, des campagnes médiatiques et d'autres outils numériques- Contribuer aux efforts de notre équipe de recrutement mondiale en matière d'amélioration des processus et être ouvert à d'autres projets selon les besoins (amélioration des processus, campagnes de recrutement, événements de réseautage)

Qualifications mínimales- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en tant que recruteur et partenaire de cycle complet, gérant le recrutement technologique de bout en bout (dans des environnements d'entreprise ou d'agence)- Expérience du recrutement de talents techniques avec des compétences émergentes (technologies cloud, développement logiciel, ingénierie des données, IA, apprentissage automatique et science des données, et connexes)- Succès avéré dans l'utilisation de techniques de sourcing direct (outils et plate
