**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Menu Development**: Create and execute a diverse and innovative menu featuring grilled meats, seafood, vegetarian options, and signature dishes that reflect the unique identity of Rustyard Grill & Bar.
- **Kitchen Management**: Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety are consistently maintained.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and professional working environment.
- **Cost Control**: Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering to optimize profitability while maintaining quality and consistency.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the management team to align the culinary offerings with the overall vision and goals of Rustyard Grill & Bar.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-quality restaurant.
- Exceptional culinary skills with a strong background in grilling, meat preparation, and creating innovative dishes.
- Proficiency in kitchen management software and inventory management systems.
- Expertise in food safety and sanitation standards.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong understanding of cost control and budgeting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $64,000.00-$73,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
