**What’s the ask?**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Executing and managing Facilities requests.
- Maintenance of office and facility equipment.
- Coordination with vendors and services to the business.
- Ordering and inventory control of corporate supplies.
- Database maintenance and supplier management system.
- Backup support for the mailroom.
- Providing administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
**What does it take?**
- Previous experience in administration, facilities management, and mailroom duties an asset.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service focus with a proactive/self motivated approach.
- Self-starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands.
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for aspects relating to continuous improvement.
- Strong attention to detail, organized and time management skills and ability meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates sound judgement, ethics, and integrity.
- Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Team player who recognizes the benefits of collaboration with fellow team members.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- In office position 5 days a week.
