Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized administrative support specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases as required.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing clients and managing accounts payable/receivable.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Requirements:
- 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the trucking industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
